Most test preparation treats the canonical curriculum as an unquestionable given. IMPPB Courses will treat it as a practical syllabus situated within a wider map — one that can be learned efficiently while keeping its assumptions, omissions, and research frontiers visible.

The Physics GRE is neither dismissed nor mistaken for the whole of physics. The proposed course is designed to prepare students for the examination while preserving a clear distinction between test mastery and open scientific inquiry.

Efficient
Mastery-gated, not time-gated
The planned prerequisite graph will identify a learner's current frontier, reduce unnecessary repetition, and expose unresolved dependencies.
Situated
Every topic supports several approaches
Mathematics belongs to the Formal approach across every sector. Experimental, Critical, Contemplative, and Integrative views remain distinct rather than being treated as levels of difficulty.
Honest
The gate and what lies beyond it
The course will distinguish examinable conventions from active scientific questions, with citations and explicit uncertainty where appropriate.
Connected
Courses feed the research forum
Once shared infrastructure exists, course topics can link into Research, Dialogue, and Synthesis spaces without presenting prototype activity as a live community.

ETS currently specifies nine Physics GRE content categories. IMPPB does not convert them into a hierarchy of intellectual worth: each belongs to the Physics sector and can be approached formally, empirically, critically, contemplatively, or integratively where the approach is meaningful.
